Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nonreadable ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part of it
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

Account Registration

Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees and features for our subscription plans are described on our Pricing page. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you subscribe, you are entering into an agreement with Lemon Squeezy.

• All payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy
• Lemon Squeezy handles tax compliance and invoicing
• Charges will appear on your statement as "Lemon Squeezy" or similar

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

• You have full access to all features of your chosen plan
• No charges are made during the trial period
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge
• After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service.

Free Trial & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after the trial period ends. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical errors). Please contact support@nonreadable.com for assistance.

User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and analyze your documents to provide the Service
• Use AI and machine learning to generate responses to your queries
• Backup and secure your content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to upload the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your User Content does not contain malicious code

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nonreadable and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times or uninterrupted
• The Service will be error-free or secure
• Results will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONREADABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify all information before relying on it for important decisions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nonreadable and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
